For your Safety: Consider the weather forecast when booking a walk. WATER MUST BE CARRIED ON ALL Walks! In consideration of personal and group safety, if you arrive without water, you will not be allowed to walk. Dress for the weather and protect yourself from the elements. Choose appropriate footwear for trail conditions. Use repellent to protect yourself from ticks, which are active year-round.

Wear blaze orange for visibility and safety during hunting season ( Turkey hunting season starts 4/27)

Limit 1 walk per day

Wear your CCNW ID badge.

No restrooms available at walk sites but there is a bathroom at the lunch stop. I recommend bringing tissue in a plastic bag in case of a bio break need during the walk.

If your plans change, kindly cancel your booking at least 24 hours in advance of walk start time so others may join.

Walk may be cancelled, changed, or rescheduled for weather or other reasons. Cancellation decision will be made at least 2 hours in advance. Check your email (including spam) before driving to the walk. If a walk is canceled, registrants will receive a system-generated email and the walk will not longer be visible in the event listing or on the calendar.

Directions: Navigate to Crockers Neck Conservation Area. Your navigation will take you to multiple areas. The first will be on Santuit Rd.on your right and is a boat launch area. You should drive past this and the road turns into Crockers Neck Rd.  until you come to a sign on your left that says Crockers Neck Conservation Area ( not the Crocker Neck Interpretive Trail ). There will be a yellow metal gate. There is some construction and the area so allow extra time for travel.
