Start your Sunday with fresh air, peaceful trails, and the sounds of nature. Join us for a relaxing walk through the bird sanctuary, where colorful birds, scenic views and tranquil surroundings awaits you.

Meet at 8:45 am to sign in and stretch. We’ll begin walking promptly at 9:00 am. Hosted by Liana Ayala with Sweep TBD. Please read to the bottom for directions to our meeting point.

—Prerequisite: Instructional Clinic and the ability to walk at least 3 miles, including walking partially over pavement (Shinning Sea Bike path)
—Distance: 3.7 miles. No turn-back or shorter option.
—Pace: A combination of fast pace and moderate with few breaks for water and to enjoy the views.
—Terrain: hard packed and pavement (alternating with unpaved sides of the road)

For Your Safety: Consider the weather forecast when booking a walk. WATER MUST BE CARRIED ON ALL WALKS! In consideration of personal and group safety, if you arrive without water, you will not be allowed to walk. Dress for the weather and protect yourself from the elements. Choose appropriate footwear for trail conditions. Use repellent to protect yourself from ticks, which are active year-round.

—If your plans change, kindly cancel your booking at least 24 hours in advance of walk start time so other walkers may join.
