DESCRIPTION:Start your Sunday with fresh air\, peaceful trails\, and the so
 unds of nature. Join us for a relaxing walk through the bird sanctuary\, w
 here colorful birds\, scenic views and tranquil surroundings awaits you.\n
 \nMeet at 8:45 am to sign in and stretch. We’ll begin walking promptly a
 t 9:00 am. Hosted by Liana Ayala with Sweep TBD. Please read to the bottom
  for directions to our meeting point.\n\n—Prerequisite: Instructional Cl
 inic and the ability to walk at least 3 miles\, including walking partiall
 y over pavement (Shinning Sea Bike path)\n—Distance: 3.7 miles. No turn-
 back or shorter option.\n—Pace: A combination of fast pace and moderate 
 with few breaks for water and to enjoy the views.\n—Terrain: hard packed
  and pavement (alternating with unpaved sides of the road)\n\nFor Your Saf
 ety: Consider the weather forecast when booking a walk. WATER MUST BE CARR
 IED ON ALL WALKS! In consideration of personal and group safety\, if you a
 rrive without water\, you will not be allowed to walk. Dress for the weath
 er and protect yourself from the elements. Choose appropriate footwear for
  trail conditions. Use repellent to protect yourself from ticks\, which ar
 e active year-round.\n\nConnect with Nature. Spot Beautiful birds. Enjoy t
 he Outdoors.\n\n—Limit 1 walk per day.\n—Wear your CCNW ID badge.\n—
  Rubber tips suggested.\n—Water available. Bring tissue in a plastic bag
  in case of a bio break need.\n—If your plans change\, kindly cancel you
 r booking at least 24 hours in advance of walk start time so other walkers
  may join.\n\nWalk may be canceled\, changed\, or rescheduled for weather 
 or other reasons. Cancellation decision will be made at least 2 hours in a
