INSTRUCTIONAL CLINIC REQUIRED!

We are commonly asked, “I walk with hiking poles all the time. Do I need to take a clinic?” The answer is, “yes.” Nordic walking is fundamentally different from conventional walking and hiking, utilizing up to 90% of our muscles.

Our one-hour Instructional Clinics will get you off walking on the right foot! Clinics assure every walker has a solid foundation on Nordic technique to maximize health benefits, as well as how to walk safely. All of our volunteer instructors are certified to teach, and they follow the same lesson plan for consistency.

Clinic space is reserved for those who have not taken a clinic. If you’ve taken a clinic but are feeling rusty, book a spot on a beginner walk to get back into the groove, or look for occasional refresher walks. We also offer gentle walks for those returning from illness or injury.
