We will walk along the Shining Sea Bike trail while enjoying views of the Great Sippewissett March and Oyster Pond.

Meet at 9:45 am for signs in and stretching to begin walking promptly at 10 am. Hosted by Eileen O’Connell with Sweep TBD.

Prerequisite: Instructional Clinic and prior walk of at least 3 miles.

Distance: 4 miles

Pace: moderate

Terrain: paved, level path

For your safety: Consider the weather forecast when making your RSVP decision. WATER MUST BE CARRIED ON ALL WALKS! In consideration of personal and group safety, if you arrive without water, you will not be allowed to walk. Dress for the weather and choose appropriate footwear for all trail conditions. Use repellent to protect yourself from ticks, which are active year round.

* Limit 1 walk per day.

*Wear your CCNW ID badge.

* Restroom available but no water.

* Kindly update your RSVP at least 24 hrs in advance of the walk start time if your plans change. This allows the Host to plan and accommodate other walkers.

Walk may be canceled, changed, or rescheduled for weather or other reasons. Cancellation decision will be made at least 2 hours in advance. Check your email (spam mail) before driving to the walk. If the walk is canceled, registrants will receive a systems generated email and the walk will no longer be viable in the event listing or on the calendar.
