Meet at 9:45AM to sign in and stretch. We’ll begin walking promptly at 10:00AM. Hosted by Leslie Kalinowski with Sweep: Mike Kalinowski. Please read to the bottom for directions to our meeting point.
—Prerequisite: Instructional Clinic, Ability to walk 3 miles with a couple of hills, one being challenging.
—Distance: 3 miles. We will be walking 1 mile loops around the property.
—Pace: moderate 20-25 mph
—Terrain: 2 hills. 100% Pavement. Rubber tips are required.
We will be walking single file on the road throughout the camp. The road is a one mile loop around the camp. We will pull to the side to let a vehicle pass if needed. There are very few vehicles.
For Your Safety: Consider the weather forecast when booking a walk. WATER MUST BE CARRIED ON ALL WALKS! In consideration of personal and group safety, if you arrive without water, you will not be allowed to walk. Dress for the weather and protect yourself from the elements. Choose appropriate footwear for trail conditions. Use repellent to protect yourself from ticks, which are active year-round.
—Limit 1 walk per day.
—Wear your CCNW ID badge.
— Protect yourself from sun exposure, sunglasses may be helpful, rubber tips, footwear for hard pavement. FYI:People walk their dogs here.
—Restrooms and water are not available. Bring tissue in a plastic bag in case of a bio break need.
—If your plans change, kindly cancel your booking at least 24 hours in advance of walk start time so other walkers may join.

Cancellation decision will be made at least 2 hours in advance. **Check your email (including spam) AND this walk listing before driving to the walk. ** If a walk is canceled, registrants will receive a system-generated email, and the walk will no longer be visible in the event listing or on the calendar.
Directions: 3057 Main Street (route 6A) Brewster. There is a large green sign that says “TOWN OF BREWSTER, FIRST LIGHT BEACH. Coming from Dennis, Sea Camps is on the left. Coming from Orleans, Sea Camps is on the right. There is a large white house on the property with a large field (snow covered today) in FRONT of the house. The driveway has a guard shack ,with gates up, in the morning. We will be parking in a large lot in the back of the of the property which used for resident beach parking. After entering, follow the Resident Beach Parking signs. You will go STRAIGHT as far as you can go.(This is a one way road) there are directional arrows on the pavement) You will see the bay in front of you. Bear right and you will see a large parking lot. This lot is used for Resident Beach parking.
