Looking forward to seeing the sun, breathing the salt air, & walking with friends while viewing the  Cape Cod Bay… Join me for a walk in my neighborhood that includes panoramic views from Saint’s Landing, Mants Landing & Brewster Park along with a loop through the Sea Captains Cemetery.

Meet at 8:15 am for stretching to begin walking promptly at 8:30 am. Hosted by Ellie Devlin with Sweep TBD.

Prerequisite: Instructional Clinic and ability to walk at least 3.5 miles asphalt roads.

• Distance: ~4 miles
• Pace: Moderate/fast (18-20 minute mile).
• Terrain: All asphalt, therefore rubber tips

For Your Safety: Consider the weather forecast when booking a walk. WATER MUST BE CARRIED ON ALL WALKS! In consideration of personal and group safety, if you arrive without water, you will not be allowed to walk. Dress for the weather and protect yourself from the elements. Choose appropriate footwear for trail conditions. Use repellent to protect yourself from ticks, which are active year-round.

• Limit 1 walk per day.
• Wear your CCNW ID badge.
• Rubber tips are necessary for this walk.
• No restrooms or water available. Bring tissue in a plastic bag in case of a bio break need.
• If your plans change, kindly cancel your booking at least 24 hours in advance of walk start time so other walkers may join.

Walk may be canceled, changed, or rescheduled for weather or other reasons. Cancellation decision will be made at least 2 hours in advance. **Check your email (including spam) AND this event listing before driving to the walk.** If a walk is canceled, registrants will receive a system-generated email, and the walk will no longer be visible in the event listing or on the calendar.
