For Your Safety: Consider the weather forecast when making your RSVP decision. WATER MUST BE CARRIED ON ALL WALKS! In consideration of personal and group safety, if you arrive without water, you will not be allowed to walk. Take precautions against the sun, such as sunscreen and a hat. Use repellent to protect yourself from ticks, which are active year-round. Wear blaze orange for visibility during hunting season.

—Prerequisite: Instructional Clinic and the ability to walk 3 miles at a slow pace.
—Distance: 3 miles. No turn-back or shorter option.
—Pace: Slow pace with rest and water stops
—Terrain: 1 mile bike path (rubber tips), wide wooded trail, dirt road, one steep hill

— Restrooms and water are not available. Bring tissue in a plastic bag in case of a bio break need.
—If your plans change, kindly cancel your booking at least 24 hours in advance of walk start time so other walkers may join.

Directions: 29 Lecount Hollow Road, Wellfleet. This is the Cape Cod Rail Trail Parking. You will go pass the first parking lot and the bakery and turn right into the rail trail parking lot just before the crosswalk.
