Meet at 9:15 am for sign-in and stretching to begin walking promptly at 9:30. Hosted by Sue Moynihan with Sweep TBD.
Prerequisite: Instructional clinic
Distance: 1.3 miles
Pace: Slow stroll
Terrain: Hard-pack path, gravel, & paved bike trail
On this leisurely stroll we’ll visit Boat Meadow Marsh, which is greening up for the season, then head to one of the Cape’s newest community gardens, where the farming is all organic, with no synthetic fertilizers or pesticides. We’ll follow paths around the plots, where growers like Dr. Cat’s Herbal Apothecary, Sketchy Greenhouse, Dog Patch Farm, Libellulee Botanica, & Sunbird Garden are working their magic to bring fresh products to our restaurants, farmer’s markets, and florists. Ideal for beginners, but open to all levels if the slow pace and 1.3-mile distance suit you.

Yes, a lil bump in the trail. 😊
Sue, the person that is relieving me at work is running behind. I hope it won’t delay me or keep me from going on the walk. I am hoping to be there, but I just wanted to let you know if I don’t show up that’s why. I hope to see you soon.
