We will beach walk along Nantucket Sound at low/mid tide to Stage Harbor Channel and loop back. Nice view of the historic Stage Harbor Lighthouse, Monomoy and Morris Islands.

Meet at 9:15am for sign-in and stretching to begin walking promptly at 9:30 am. Hosted by Anne Dickson with Sweep TBD.

Prerequisite: Instructional Clinic and ability to walk distance on sand.
Distance: 2.5 miles. Option to shorten length of walk.
Pace: Slow/moderate paces accommodated with stops for rest and water.
Terrain: flat packed sand , short asphalt via causeway on way back

For Your Safety: Consider the weather forecast when booking a walk. WATER MUST BE CARRIED ON ALL WALKS! In consideration of personal and group safety, if you arrive without water, you will not be allowed to walk. Dress for the weather and protect yourself from the elements. Choose appropriate footwear for trail conditions. Use repellent to protect yourself from ticks, which are active year-round.

Directions: 385 Hardings Beach Rd. Chatham. Plenty of parking, no permit required.  Meet at first lot upon entering beach on left side facing the beach.
