I hereby acknowledge the following: Nordic Pole Walking is a form of aerobic exercise and may cause moderate physical exertion, subject to my own level of fitness.
I am solely responsible for assessing my reasonable capacity for such exercise and any risks or dangers associated therewith.
Nordic Pole Walking takes place outdoors and is subject to ordinary outdoor hazards typical to a park land, suburban or rural environment and weather conditions.
I am solely responsible for assessing my tolerance for such an environment and its associated risks.
I am undertaking to attend this Nordic Pole Walking session of my own accord, freely, and without inducement or contractual obligation on the part of any party.
I am solely responsible for my own actions before, during and after the session.
As such, I hereby waive any claim of liability against the instructor(s), administrators, hosts, volunteers and members of Cape Cod Nordic Walking Club and hold them blameless in the event of any adverse experience I may have in connection with this Nordic Pole Walking event.
The CCNW volunteers of these activities are not paid professional guides or leaders.
In all activities, all participants share in the responsibility of their own safety and the safety of the group.
All pictures taken during these activities can be used by CCNW.
For walks: I hereby attest that I have completed the Instructional Clinic prior to this walk.
