Join us at beautiful Wiley Park for a scenic stroll over woodland trails, with views of several serene kettle ponds. 

Meet at 10:15 AM for sign-in and stretching to begin walking promptly at 10:30 AM. Hosted by Nancy Strianese with Sweep TBD.

—Prerequisite: Instructional Clinic and the ability to walk 2 miles

—Distance: 2.25 miles. No turn-back or shorter option

—Pace: Slow to Moderate

—Terrain: Hard pack trail with areas of rocks and roots, possible mud near the bridge.

For Your Safety: Consider the weather forecast when booking a walk. WATER MUST BE CARRIED ON ALL WALKS! In consideration of personal and group safety, if you arrive without water, you will not be allowed to walk. Dress for the weather and protect yourself from the elements. Choose appropriate footwear for trail conditions. Use repellent to protect yourself from ticks, which are active year-round.

—Limit 1 walk per day

—Wear your CCNW ID badge.

— Carbide tips suggested. Wiley is a popular dog-walking area, and there may be dogs on and off-leash.

—Restrooms and water are not available. Bring tissue in a plastic bag in case of a bio break need.

—If your plans change, kindly cancel your booking at least 24 hours in advance of walk start time so other walkers may join.

Walk may be canceled, changed, or rescheduled for weather or other reasons. Cancellation decision will be made at least 2 hours in advance. Check your email (including spam) before driving to the walk. If a walk is canceled, registrants will receive a system-generated email and the walk will no longer be visible in the event listing or on the calendar.

Directions: Take Route 6 to Samoset Road in Eastham. Take a left onto Samoset (or right if coming from Ptown) and continue to the intersection of Herring Brook Road. Make a right onto Herring Brook Road and proceed .7 miles to the entrance of Wiley Park on the right. Drive to the end of the entrance road and park in the lot.
