Join me for a post-Christmas walk through the snowy (forecast) woods of Beebe Woods.

This is a 4-mile scenic walk on trails through Beebe Woods with landmarks along the way to include Icehouse Pond and the rolling fields of Peterson Farm. This will be a moderate pace walk with several stops to take in the sights.

Meet at 12:45 PM [15 minutes prior to walk time] for sign-in and stretching to begin walking promptly at 1:00 PM.

Prerequisite: Instructional clinic and physical ability to do the pace, length and varied terrain described.

Distance: 4 miles No turn-back or shorter options available.

Pace: Moderate

Terrain: Mostly wide trails with some roots, rocks and slight inclines

For Your Safety: Consider the weather forecast when booking a walk. WATER MUST BE CARRIED ON ALL WALKS! In consideration of personal and group safety, if you arrive without water, you will not be allowed to walk. Dress for the weather and protect yourself from the elements. Choose appropriate footwear for trail conditions. Use repellent to protect yourself from ticks, which are active year-round. Wear blaze orange for visibility and safety during hunting season.
