DESCRIPTION:High Beginner/Low Intermediate\, Coonamessett\, East Falmouth\,
  1.5 or 3 miles\, Wednesday\n\nA flat walk along this well known loop trai
 l.\n\nMeet at 9:45 am for signing and stretching to begin walking promptly
  at 10 am. Hosted by Eileen O'Connell with Sweep TBD.\n\n*Prerequisite: In
 structional Clinic\n\n* Distance: choose 1.5 or 3 miles\n\n* Pace: slow to
  moderate\n\n* Terrain: flat\, hard sand\,  boardwalk\, carbine tips\n\nF
 or your safety: Consider the weather forecast when booking a walk. WATER M
 UST BE CARRIED ON ALL WALKS! In consideration of personal and group safety
 \, if you arrive without water\, you arrive without water\, you will not b
 e allowed to walk.  Dress for the weather and protect yourself from the e
 lements. Choose appropriate footwear for trail conditions. Use repellent t
 o protect yourself from ticks which are active year round.\n\nWear your CC
 NW badge.\n\nPort a potty is available but no water is available.\n\nWalk 
 may be canceled\, changed\, or reschedule for weather or other reasons. Ca
 ncellation decision will be made made at least 2 hours in advance. Check y
 our email(spam mail) before driving to the walk. If the walk is canceled\,
  registrants will receive a systems generated email and the walk will no l
 onger be viable in the event listing or on the calendar.\n\nDirections: Me
 eting at the large dirt parking lot at 160 John Parker Rd in East Falmouth
 . John Parker Rd is between Rt 28 and Sandwich Rd. This is the third entra
 nce on your left coming from Ft 28 or the 1st entrance on the right coming
  from Sandwich Rd. There is a large stone at the entrance marked 160.
