DESCRIPTION:Our 3.1-mile route at West Barnstable Conservation Area follows
  wide cart paths through the woods to a high elevation view.\n\nMeet at 7:
 45am for sign-in and stretching to begin walking promptly at 8:00. Hosted 
 by Sarah O’Reilly with Sweep Marilyn Quinn\n\nPrerequisite: Instructiona
 l clinic and ability to walk for 3+ miles over varied terrain at a moderat
 e\, consistent pace\n\nDistance: 3.1 miles\, No shorter or turn-back optio
 n.\n\nPace: moderate (20-25 minute miles)\n\nTerrain: pressed dirt with so
 me loose rocks\, 1/4 mile hill\n\nFor Your Safety: Consider the weather fo
 recast when booking a walk. WATER MUST BE CARRIED ON ALL WALKS! In conside
 ration of personal and group safety\, if you arrive without water\, you wi
 ll not be\nallowed to walk. Dress for the weather and protect yourself fro
 m the elements. Choose appropriate footwear for trail conditions. Use repe
 llent to protect yourself from ticks\, which are active year-round.\n\n—
 Limit 1 walk per day to give others the chance to walk. \n\n—Wear your C
 CNW ID badge. \n\n— Rubber tips/feet or carbide tips. \n\n— Port-a-pot
 ty restroom available at trail head. No water available. Bring tissue in a
  plastic bag for a bio break.\n\n—If your plans change\, kindly cancel y
 our booking at least 24 hours in advance of walk start time so other walke
 rs may join.\n\nWalk may be canceled\, changed\, or rescheduled for weathe
 r or other reasons. Cancellation decision will be made at least 2 hours in
  advance. Check your email (including spam) before driving to the walk. If
  a walk is canceled\, registrants will receive a system-generated email\, 
 and the walk will no longer be visible in the event listing or on the cale
