 gs and the beautiful ecosystem of the area.\nMeet at 8:45 am for sign in a
 nd for stretching to begin walk promptly at 9:00 am. Hosted by Liana Ayala
  with Sweep Eileen Spall\n\n– Prerequisite: Instructional Clinic and abi
 lity to walk across trees down or few obstacles.\n– Distance: 3 miles. N
 o turn back or shorter option\n– Pace: Moderate with few stops\n– Terr
 ain: single and wide track trails\, hard packed terrain and few obstacles\
 n\nFor Your Safety: Consider the weather forecast when booking a walk. WAT
 ER MOST BE CARRIED ON ALL WALKS! In consideration of personal and group sa
 fety\, if you arrive without water\, you will not be allowed to walk. Dres
 s for the weather and protect yourself from the elements. Choose appropria
 te footwear for trail conditions. Use repellent to protect yourself from t
 icks\, which are active year round.\n\n– Limit 1 walk per day\n– Wear 
 your CCNW ID badge\n– Rubber tips suggested\n– Restrooms and water are
  not available. Bring tissue in a plastic bag in case of a bio break need.
 \n– If your plans change\, kindly cancel your booking at least 24 hours 
 in advance of walk start time so other walkers may join.\n\nWalk may be ca
 ncelled\, changed or rescheduled for weather or other reasons. Cancellatio
 n decision will be made at least 2 hours in advance. ** Check your email (
