DESCRIPTION:Enjoy the panoramic views of Cape Cod Bay from Saint's Landing 
 &amp\; the Eddy Bay Trail while walking with friends in my neighborhood th
 at also includes a loop through Brewster's Sea Captains Cemetery.\nMeet at
  8:15 am for stretching to begin walking promptly at 8:30 am. Hosted by El
 lie Devlin with Sweep TBD.\nPrerequisite: Instructional Clinic and ability
  to walk at least 3.5 miles asphalt roads.\n\n 	Distance: ~4 miles\n 	Pace
 : Moderate\, steady that includes water breaks &amp\; tidbits of history.\
 n 	Terrain: Some hard packed sand on the beach\, asphalt\, dirt roads &amp
 \; wooded trails\, therefore both carbide &amp\; rubber tips\n 	For Your 
 Safety: Consider the weather forecast when booking a walk. WATER MUST BE C
 ARRIED ON ALL WALKS! In consideration of personal and group safety\, if yo
 u arrive without water\, you will not be allowed to walk. Dress for the we
 ather and protect yourself from the elements. Choose appropriate footwear 
 for trail conditions. Use repellent to protect yourself from ticks\, which
  are active year-round.\n\n\n 	Limit 1 walk per day.\n 	Wear your CCNW ID 
 badge.\n 	Rubber tips are necessary for this walk.\n 	No restrooms or wate
 r available. Bring tissue in a plastic bag in case of a bio break need.\n 
 	If your plans change\, kindly cancel your booking at least 24 hours in ad
 vance of walk start time so other walkers may join.\n\nWalk may be cancele
 d\, changed\, or rescheduled for weather or other reasons. Cancellation de
