DESCRIPTION:The Mashpee River Woodlands offers views of the river\, woodlan
 ds\, and nesting ospreys. We saw 5 active osprey nests yesterday.\n\nMeet 
 at 9:45 am for stretching and introductions to begin walking promptly at 1
 0 am. Hosted by Eileen O'Connell with Sweep TBD.\n\n 	Prerequisite: Instru
 ctional Clinic plus prior walks of at least 3 miles.\n 	Distance: @ 4 mile
 s\n 	Pace: Moderate\n 	Terrain: trail has been cleared since the storm in 
 March but there is debris on the trails including pine needles\, pine cone
 s and some sticks.\n 	For Your Safety: Consider the weather forecast when 
 booking a walk. WATER MUST BE CARRIED ON ALL WALKS. In consideration of pe
 rsonal and group safety\, if you arrive without water\, you will NOT be al
 lowed to walk. Dress for the weather and protect yourself from the element
 s. Choose appropriate footwear for trail conditions. Use repellent to prot
 ect yourself from ticks\, which are active year round.\n 	Limit 1 walk per
  day.\n 	Wear your CCNW ID badge.\n 	No restrooms or water. Bring tissue i
 n a plastic bag in case of a bio break need.\n 	If our plans change\, kind
 ly cancel your booking at least 24 hours in advance of walk start time so 
 other walkers may join.\n\nWalk may be canceled\, changed or rescheduled f
 or weather or other reasons. Cancellation decision will be made at least 2
  hours in advance. Check your email (including spam) before driving to the
  walk. If a walk is canceled\, registrants will receive a system-generated
  email and the walk will no longer be visible in the event listing or on t
 he calendar.\n\nDirections: From the Mashpee rotary go south on Rt 28. Tak
 e your first right onto Quinaquisset Ave. It will be the first right\, aft
 er the electric poles. There is a sign - Mashpee River Woodlands.\n\nIf yo
 u are coming north on MA-28 you cannot make a left onto Quinaquisset Ave. 
 Take a left at the light onto Orchard Rd (Mashpee) and then your first rig
 ht onto Quinaquisset Ave. The entrance is after the Sprout Farm Stand in M
 ashpee\, on your left.\n\n&nbsp\;
