SUMMARY:Intermediate: Historic Chatham Loop\, 3.1 mi. Friday
DESCRIPTION:We will Nordic walk the streets of Old Chatham with stops along
  the way at historical landmarks: Stage Harbor\, CG Station and Lighthouse
 \, Godfrey Windmill…all while passing numerous National Registry homes.\
 n\nMeet at 9 am to sign in and stretch. We’ll begin walking promptly at 
 9:15 am. Hosted by Anne Dickson  with Sweep TBD. Please read to the botto
 m for directions to our meeting point.\n—Prerequisite: Instructional Cli
 nic plus 2 CCNW walks of 2-3 miles.\n—Distance: 3.1 mi. No turn-back or 
 shorter option.\n—Pace: Moderate with stops along the way.\n—Terrain: 
 All asphalt pavement\, mostly flat.\n\nFor Your Safety: Consider the weath
 er forecast when booking a walk. WATER MUST BE CARRIED ON ALL WALKS! In co
 nsideration of personal and group safety\, if you arrive without water\, y
 ou will not be allowed to walk. Dress for the weather and protect yourself
  from the elements. Choose appropriate footwear for trail conditions. Use 
 repellent to protect yourself from ticks\, which are active\n\nDisclosure:
  Chatham is a quintessential Cape Cod village. Therefore\, some roads do n
 ot have sidewalks. While pedestrians and vehicles are cognizant of this an
 d walker safety is CCNW’s utmost priority \, please take into account an
 d decide for yourself before signing up.\n\n—Limit 1 walk per day.\n—W
 ear your CCNW ID badge.\n—Rubber tips required.\n— Take into account s
 un exposure (sunglasses\, hat\, etc.)\n—Restrooms and water are availabl
 e at halfway point. Bring tissue in a plastic bag in case of a bio break n
 eed.\n—If your plans change\, kindly cancel your booking at least 24 hou
 rs in advance of walk start time so other walkers may join.\n\nWalk may be
  canceled\, changed\, or rescheduled for weather or other reasons. Cancell
 ation decision will be made at least 2 hours in advance. **Check your emai
