 ogs and the beautiful ecosystem of the area.\nMeet at 9:45 for sign in for
  stretching to begin walk promptly at 10:00 am.Hosted by Liana Ayala with 
 Sweep TBD\n\n– Prerequisite: Instructional Clinic and ability to walk ac
 ross trees down or few obstacles. \n– Distance: 3 miles.  No turn back o
 r shorter option\n– Pace: Moderate with few stops \n– Terrain: single 
 track and wide trails\, hard packed terrain. \n\nFor Your Safety: Consider
  the weather forecast when booking a walk. WATER MOST BE CARRIED ON ALL WA
 LKS! In consideration of personal and group safety\, if you arrive without
  water\, you will not be allowed to walk. Dress for the weather and protec
 t yourself from the elements. Choose appropriate footwear for trail condit
 ions. Use repellent to protect yourself from ticks\, which are active year
  round.\n\n– Limit 1 walk per day\n– Wear your CCNW ID badge\n– Rubb
 er tips suggested\n– Restrooms and water are not available. Bring tissue
  in a plastic bag in case of a bio break need.\n– If your plans change\,
  kindly cancel your booking at least 24 hours in advance of walk start tim
 e so other walkers may join.\n\nWalk may be cancelled\, changed or resched
 uled for weather or other reasons. Cancellation decision will be made at l
 east 2 hours in advance. ** Check your email (including spam) and this wal
 k listing before driving to the walk.** If a walk is cancelled\, registran
 ts will receive a system generated email\, and the walk will no longer be
