DESCRIPTION:On this late afternoon low tide walk we’ll go from sea level 
 at Cold Storage Beach\, with its rich stories of the First People and fish
  packing and bayberry candle industries\, to High Head’s hilly heathland
 s and a panoramic view of the Cape tip. Worked up an appetite? Optional po
 st-walk stop at the Salty Market-Farmstand taco/tapas pop-up (bring $).\nM
 eet at 2:45 to sign in and stretch. We’ll  begin walking promptly at 3.
  Hosted by Sue Moynihan with Sweep TBD. Read to the bottom for directions 
 to our meeting point. \nPrerequisite: Instructional Clinic\, prior interme
 diate-level walks\, and ability to maintain a steady pace for 3+ miles ove
 r hilly and sandy terrain.\nDistance: ~3.4 miles\nPace: Moderate and stead
 y\, 22/23-minute miles with brief view and water stops\nTerrain: ~2.8 mile
 s hard-packed sand at low tide and ~.6 miles wooded trail with hills and r
 oots\nFor Your Safety: Consider the weather forecast when booking a walk. 
 WATER MUST BE CARRIED ON ALL WALKS! In consideration of personal and group
  safety\, if you arrive without water\, you will not be allowed to walk. D
 ress for the weather and protect yourself from the elements. Choose approp
 riate footwear for trail conditions. Use repellent to protect yourself fro
 m ticks\, which are active year-round.\n\n\n 	Limit 1 walk per day.\n 	Wea
 r your CCNW ID badge.\n 	No restrooms or water. Bring tissue in a plastic 
 bag in case of a bio break need.\n 	Carry bug spray.\n 	Sand or mud basket
 s helpful for beach segment.\n 	Consider sun protection.\n 	If your plans 
 change\, kindly cancel your booking at least 24 hours in advance of walk s
 tart time so other walkers may join.\n\nWalk may be canceled\, changed\, o
 r rescheduled for weather or other reasons. Cancellation decision will be
