DESCRIPTION:Explore Native history\, pass the iconic golf course and unique
  Braille Trail for low-vision visitors\, and end at one of America’s mos
 t historic and breathtaking beaches where the U.S. Coast Guard first took 
 root.\n\n Meet at 8:45 am [15 minutes prior to walk time] for sign-in and
  stretching to begin walking promptly at 10:00 am. Hosted by Carla Fogaren
  with Sweep TBD.\n\n—Prerequisites: Instructional Clinic and physical ab
 ility to walk length and terrain as described.\n\n—Distance: 4.5+ miles.
 \n—Pace: Moderate with few breaks.\n—Terrain: Boardwalks\, hard-pack
  dirt\, marsh area (might get sneakers a little muddy)\,  wooded trails 
 with moderate grade &amp\; some exposed roots\,  log stairs\, and  asp
 halt bike path.\n\nFor Your Safety: Consider the weather forecast when boo
 king a walk. WATER MUST BE CARRIED ON ALL WALKS! In consideration of perso
 nal and group safety\, if you arrive without water\, you will not be allow
 ed to walk. Dress for the weather and protect yourself from the elements. 
 Choose appropriate footwear for trail conditions. Use repellent to protect
  yourself from ticks\, which are active year-round.\n\nJoin us for a beaut
 iful and diverse walk 🌿🌊! We’ll start by heading down to Salt Pond
 \, following the scenic left edge of the water 🏞️. Our path takes us 
 through what was once Eastham’s historic Cedar Banks Links ⛳\, then ac
 ross a charming bridge 🌉. We’ll traverse gentle hills 🏔️\, walk 
 along the Nauset Marsh 🌾\, meander through quiet woods 🌳\, and arriv
 e at breathtaking Coast Guard Beach 🏖️—where we’ll pause to see i
 f we can spot any seals 🦭! The route back retraces our steps\, offering
  expansive views and a journey through multiple ecosystems 🌱🌲. You w
 on’t want to miss this stunning walk!\n\n—Limit 1 walk per day\n\n—W
 ear your CCNW ID badge.\n\n— Rubber tips\n\n—Restrooms and water are a
 vailable. Bring tissue in a plastic bag in case of a bio break need.\n\n
 —If your plans change\, kindly cancel your booking at least 24 hours in 
 advance of walk start time so other walkers may join.\n\nThis walk is auth
 orized under a National Park Service Special Use Permit\n\nWalk may be can
 celed\, changed\, or rescheduled for weather or other reasons. Cancellatio
 n decision will be made at least 2 hours in advance. Check your email (inc
 luding spam) before driving to the walk. If a walk is canceled\, registran
