 s... Nauset’s Salt Marsh out to Coast Guard Beach.\n\nMeet at 9:45 AM fo
 r sign-in and stretching to begin walking promptly at 10:00 AM. Hosted by 
 Brenda Brown with Sweep TBD.\n\nPrerequisite: Instructional Clinic &amp\; 
 at least 2 CCNW events of 4 miles on varied terrain\n\nDistance: 4 miles. 
 No turn-back or shorter option.\n\nPace: Moderate with short breaks\n\nTer
 rain: Wooded trails with moderate grade and some exposed roots\, log stair
 s\, boardwalks\, and soft sand\n\nFor Your Safety: Consider the weather fo
 recast when booking a walk. WATER MUST BE CARRIED ON ALL WALKS! In conside
 ration of personal and group safety\, if you arrive without water\, you wi
 ll not be allowed to walk. Dress for the weather and protect yourself from
  the elements. Choose appropriate footwear for trail conditions. Use repel
 lent to protect yourself from ticks\, which are active year-round.\n\n 	Li
 mit 1 walk per day.\n 	Wear your CCNW ID badge.\n 	Restrooms and water are
  available at the visitor’s center.  Bring tissue in a plastic bag in c
 ase of a bio break need.\n 	If your plans change kindly cancel your bookin
 g at least 24 hours in advance of walk to give others start time if your p
 lans change. This allows the Host to plan and accommodate other walkers.\n
  	Carbide tips suggested\; rubber tips necessary for pavement &amp\; woode
 n bridges.\n\nWalk may be canceled\, changed\, or rescheduled for weather 
 or other reasons. Cancellation decision will be made at least 2 hours in a
 dvance. **Check your email (including spam) and this walk listing before d
 riving to the walk.** If a walk is canceled\, registrants will receive a s
 ystem-generated email\, and the walk will no longer be visible in the even
 t listing or on the calendar.\n\nThis walk is authorized under a National
