 s... Nauset’s Salt Marsh out to Coast Guard Beach.\n\nMeet at 7:45 AM fo
 r sign-in and stretching to begin walking promptly at 8:00 AM. Hosted by E
 llie Devlin with Sweep TBD.\n\nPrerequisite: Instructional Clinic &amp\; a
 t least 2 CCNW events of 4.5 miles on varied terrain\n\nDistance: 4.8 mile
 s. No turn-back or shorter option.\n\nPace: Moderate-fast with minimal bre
 aks\n\nTerrain: Wooded trails with moderate grade and some exposed roots\,
  log stairs\, boardwalks\, and soft sand\n\nFor Your Safety: Consider the 
 weather forecast when booking a walk. WATER MUST BE CARRIED ON ALL WALKS! 
 In consideration of personal and group safety\, if you arrive without wate
 r\, you will not be allowed to walk. Dress for the weather and protect you
 rself from the elements. Choose appropriate footwear for trail conditions.
  Use repellent to protect yourself from ticks\, which are active year-roun
 d.\n\n 	Limit 1 walk per day.\n 	Wear your CCNW ID badge.\n 	Restrooms and
  water are available at the visitor’s center.  Bring tissue in a plasti
 c bag in case of a bio break need.\n 	If your plans change kindly cancel y
 our booking at least 24 hours in advance of walk to give others start time
  if your plans change. This allows the Host to plan and accommodate other 
 walkers.\n 	Carbide tips suggested\; rubber tips necessary for pavement &a
 mp\; wooden bridges.\n\nWalk may be canceled\, changed\, or rescheduled fo
 r weather or other reasons. Cancellation decision will be made at least 2 
 hours in advance. **Check your email (including spam) and this walk listin
 g before driving to the walk.** If a walk is canceled\, registrants will r
 eceive a system-generated email\, and the walk will no longer be visible i
 n the event listing or on the calendar.\n\nThis walk is authorized under a
  National Park Service Special Use Permit.\n\nDirections: Take Route 6 to
