 at Meetinghouse Farm in WEST BARNSTABLE (there is a location with a simila
 r name in Sandwich)\nNote: Clinic space is reserved for members who have
  not taken a Clinic. If you have attended a Clinic\, do not sign up. Ins
 tead\, book a spot on a beginner-level walk or a refresher session. Thank 
 you.\nWelcome to Cape Cod Nordic Walking! Before you sign up for one of ou
 r numerous\, varied\, and amazing walking events\, you are required to par
 ticipate in an Instructional Clinic.\nNordic walking will not only turn 
 your walks into full-body workouts\, but it will enhance your quality of l
 ife in multiple ways\, which you will learn about in class.\nEach particip
 ant must have their own website account and book a space under their own n
 ame.\nWe do not maintain waitlists.\nTopics covered in the session:\n\n•
  Pole anatomy\, adjustment\, and pole etiquette\n• Health benefits\n
 • Steps leading up to the Nordic walking technique that will engage up 
 to 90% of your muscles\n• Discussion on how to book a space on the webs
 ite and how to choose a walk that’s right for you.\n \nThere will be op
 portunity to practice at each level of progression and then we will take a
  short walk.\n~ Please arrive 15 minutes early to sign in and receive your
  official CCNW ID badge and lanyard which will be your passport to walks.
  As of June 1\, 2026\, the badges are $10 (cash only/exact change please
 ) which helps defray the costs associated with maintaining this club run e
 ntirely by trained volunteers. The membership\, instruction\, and walks ar
 e all free of charge. For anyone who is unable to pay $10\, we will waive 
 the fee for your badge.\n~No restrooms or water available. Bringing your o
 wn water is required.\n~Dress appropriately for the weather that day and w
 ear comfortable walking shoes.\n~There will be a limited number of loane
 r poles for use at the Clinic. Please place a comment in the space below 
 if you would like to borrow poles for this session.\n~If your plans change
 \, kindly cancel your booking at least 24 hours in advance of Clinic sta
 rt time so others may join. To cancel: Login &gt\; My Walk Registrations &

 orth on Rt 149.  Look for a greenhouse and entrance to the Farm is on the
  left. If you pass the greenhouse\, look for a second entrance on the left
