 at Meetinghouse Farm in WEST BARNSTABLE (there is a location with a simila
 r name in Sandwich)\n\n Clinic space is reserved for members who have not
  taken a clinic. If you have attended a\nclinic\, do not sign up. Instead\
 , book a spot on a beginner-level walk or a refresher session. Thank you.\
 nWelcome to Cape Cod Nordic Walking! Before you sign up for one of our num
 erous\, varied\, and amazing walking events\, you are required to particip
 ate in an Instructional Clinic.\nNordic walking will not only turn your wa
 lks into full-body workouts\, but it will enhance your quality of life in 
 multiple ways\, which you will learn about in class.\nEach participant mus
 t have their own website account and book a space under their own name.\nW
 e do not maintain waitlists.\nTopics covered in the session:\n• Pole ana
 tomy\, adjustment\, and pole etiquette\n• Health benefits\n• Steps lea
 ding up to the Nordic walking technique that will engage up to 90% of your
 \nmuscles\n• Discussion on how to book a space on the website and how to
  choose a walk that’s right for you.\nThere will be opportunity to pract
 ice at each level of progression and then we will take a short walk.\n~Ple
 ase arrive 15 minutes early to sign in and receive your official CCNW ID b
 adge and lanyard\nwhich will be your passport to walks. The badges are $5 
 (cash only/exact change please) which helps defray the costs associated wi
 th maintaining this club run entirely by trained volunteers. The membershi
 p\, instruction\, and walks are all free of charge. For anyone who is unab
 le to pay $5\, we will waive the fee for your badge.~No restrooms or water
  available. Bringing your own water is required.\n~Dress appropriately for
  the weather that day and wear comfortable walking shoes.\n~There are a li
 mited number of loaner poles for use at the clinic. Please place a comment
  in the\nspace below if you would like to borrow poles for this session.\n
 ~If your plans change\, kindly cancel your booking at least 24 hours in ad
