 ot on a beginner walk or a refresher session. Thank you.\n\nWelcome to Cap
 e Cod Nordic Walking. Before you sign up for one of our numerous\, varied 
 and amazing walking events\, you are required to participate in an instruc
 tional clinic\n\nNordic walking will not only turn your walks into full-bo
 dy workouts\, but it will enhance your quality of life in multiple other w
 ays\, which will be covered in class.\n\nTopics covered in the session:\n\
 n*Pole anatomy/adjustment/pole etiquette\n\n*Health benefits\n\n*Steps lea
 ding up to the Nordic walking technique that engages up to 90% of your mus
 cles.\n\n*Discussion on how to use the Cape Cod Nordic Walking Clubs's web
 site to sign up for events and how to choose a walk for you.\n\nThere will
  be an opportunity to practice at each level of progression and then we wi
 ll take a short walk nearby.\n\n** Please arrive 15 minutes early to sign 
 in and get your official CCNW ID badge and lanyard which will be your pass
 port to walks.\n\n**The badges\, including the lanyards\, are $5 (exact ca
 sh please) which helps defray the costs associated with maintaining this c
 lub run entirely by trained volunteers. The membership\, instruction and w
 alks are all free of charge. For anyone who is unable to pay $5\, we will 
 waive the fee for your badge.\n\n** Public restrooms are now closed for th
 e season.\n\n** Bringing your own water is required.\n\n** Dress appropria
 tely for the weather that day and wear comfortable walking shoes.\n\n** Th
 ere will be a limited number of Nordic walking style poles available to bo
 rrow. Please comment on this event if you will be borrowing for this class
 .\n\n** In the event of cancellation\, notice will be posted here at least
  two hours prior to the event so check before heading out.\n\n** Location:
