DESCRIPTION:GOOD NEWS! The ospreys are back and so are the stairs.  \n\nW
 e’ll stroll across the new Sandwich Boardwalk\, taking in beautiful view
 s of the low tide salt marshes\, and Mill Creek. We can pause at the bridg
 e for photos of this peaceful area. After\, we’ll head across the beach 
 towards Mill Creek. There’s some uneven terrain\, rocks and soft sand. A
 fter we round the bend\, there’s a beautiful stretch of packed sand\, a 
 perfect place to practice your technique\, and take pictures. We’ll head
  back up the beach\, and then take the stairs back onto the boardwalk for 
 our return to the parking lot. \n\n Meet at 11:45 AM  for sign-in and s
 tretching to begin walking promptly at 12:00 PM. Hosted by Alyson Larrabee
  with Sweep TBD. \n\n \n\n—Prerequisite: Instructional Clinic\n\n—Di
 stance: a little less than 2 miles. No turn-back or shorter option. We sho
 uld be finished in about an hour.\n\n—Pace: Slow to moderate with stops 
 for water and photo ops.\n\n—Terrain: rocks\, some uneven terrain\, and 
 some soft sand.\n\n For Your Safety: Consider the weather forecast when b
 ooking a walk. WATER MUST BE CARRIED ON ALL WALKS! In consideration of per
 sonal and group safety\, if you arrive without water\, you will not be all
 owed to walk. Dress for the weather and protect yourself from the elements
 . Choose appropriate footwear for trail conditions. Use repellent to prote
 ct yourself from ticks\, which are active year-round.\n\n—Limit 1 walk p
 er day.\n\n—Wear your CCNW ID badge.  \n\n— Rubber tips are best.\n\
 n—There is no water and there are no bathrooms available in the off-seas
 on. There’s no place to sneak behind a bush and take a bio break.\n\n—
 If your plans change\, kindly cancel your booking at least 24 hours in adv
 ance of walk start time so other walkers may join. \n\nNo parking fee\, b
 ecause it’s after Labor Day and before Memorial Day.\n\nThis walk is bes
 t at or near low tide\, so please be prompt.\n\n Walk may be canceled\, c
 hanged\, or rescheduled for weather or other reasons. Cancellation decisio
 n will be made at least 2 hours in advance. Check your email (including sp
 am) before driving to the walk. If a walk is canceled\, registrants will r
 eceive a system-generated email and the walk will no longer be visible in 
 the event listing or on the calendar.\n\nWear blaze orange for visibility 
 and safety during hunting season.\n\n 	Directions: If you’re using a GPS
 \, put in BOARDWALK BEACH and follow Boardwalk Road to the Sandwich Boardw
 alk. DO NOT put the phrase “Sandwich Boardwalk” into your GPS. You’l
 l end up in the wrong parking lot.\n 	Follow 6A to the traffic light at Ja
 rves Street and head toward the ocean. Take a left onto Factory Street\, a
  right onto Harbor Street And a left onto Boardwalk Road. DO NOT follow th
 e directions that will lead you to Wood Ave. That’s Town Neck Beach\, an
 d we’ll be in the other parking lot.\n\n \n\n&nbsp\;\n\n \n\n \n\n \
