DESCRIPTION:We love Cook’s Farm in spring\, with its beautiful pond views
 \, wildflowers and  rhododendrons in bloom\, songbirds\, and clues to San
 dwich’s farming and textile industry past. \nMeet at 9:15 to sign-in an
 d stretch. We’ll begin walking promptly at 9:30. Hosted by Sue Moynihan 
 with Sweep TBD. Read to the bottom for directions to our meeting point.\nP
 rerequisite: Instructional clinic\nDistance: ~1.8 miles. No shorter or tur
 n-back option.\nPace: Slow to moderate\, with several stops to enjoy the v
 iew\nTerrain: Hard-packed dirt\, gravel\, some roots and rocks. Mostly lev
 el.\nFor Your Safety: Consider the weather forecast when booking a walk. W
 ATER MUST BE CARRIED ON ALL WALKS! In consideration of personal and group 
 safety\, if you arrive without water\, you will not be allowed to walk. Dr
 ess for the weather and protect yourself from the elements. Choose appropr
 iate footwear for trail conditions. Use repellent to protect yourself from
  ticks\, which are active year-round. \n\n\n 	Limit 1 walk per day\n 	Wear
  your CCNW ID badge.\n 	Carry bug spray.\n 	Bring rubber tips.\n 	Restroom
 s and water are not available. Bring tissue in a plastic bag in case of a 
 bio break need.\n 	If your plans change\, kindly cancel your booking at le
 ast 24 hours in advance of walk start time so other walkers may join.\n\nW
