 us from Atlantic Street Beach to Wychmere Harbor – a hidden gem of coast
 al Cape Cod!\n\nMeet at 9:30 am [15 minutes prior to walk time] for sign-i
 n and stretching to begin walking promptly at 9:45am.\n\nHosted by: Carla 
 Fogaren with sweep TBD.\n\nPrerequisite: Instructional clinic and physical
  ability to do the pace\, length and varied terrain described.\n\nDistance
 :  3.4 miles. No turn-back or shorter option.\n\nPace: Slower on soft san
 d \,moderate pace on flat areas\n\nTerrain: A combination of short segment
  on street to majority of walk on hard packed low tide beach with small se
 ction of softer sand\, some stairs to overlook.\n\nFor Your Safety: Consid
 er the weather forecast when booking a walk. WATER MUST BE CARRIED ON ALL 
 WALKS! In consideration of personal and group safety\, if you arrive witho
 ut water\, you will not be allowed to walk. Dress for the weather and prot
 ect yourself from the elements. Choose appropriate footwear for trail cond
 itions. Use repellent to protect yourself from ticks\, which are active ye
 ar-round\n\n👣  3.4 miles of hard-packed sand (low tide friendly!) lead
  you along the shoreline with stunning Atlantic views\, through the heart 
 of Harwich Port’s historic charm\, and up to a little-known overlook tha

 -point at Bank St Beach. Water not available.\n\n-If your plans change\, k
 indly cancel your booking at least 24 hours in advance of walk start time 
 so other walkers may join.\n\n-Walk may be canceled\, changed\, or resched
 uled for weather or other reasons. Cancellation decision will be made at l
 east 2 hours in advance. **Check your email (including spam) AND this walk

 ted between the Harwich Port Post Office and the CVS Pharmacy.\n 	From Rou
 te 39:\nTravel south on Route 39 until it intersects with Route 28. Turn o
 nto Route 28 and proceed into downtown Harwich Port to reach Post Office S
 quare.\n\n🅿️ Parking Information\n\nParking is available with permiss
