 urse offering a variety of scenic views.\nMeet at 9:45 am to sign in and s
 tretch. We’ll begin walking promptly at 10am. \nHosted by Norma Ganderso
 n with Sweep TBD. Read to the bottom for directions for meeting point. \nP
 rerequisite: Instructional clinic.\nDistance:  2 miles.\nPace: moderate w
 ith stops to enjoy nature\nTerrain: Some elevation changes\, roots and pin
 e needles.\nFor Your Safety: Consider the weather forecast when booking a 
 walk. WATER MUST BE CARRIED ON ALL WALKS! In consideration of personal and
  group safety\, if you arrive without water\, you will not be allowed to w
 alk. Dress for the weather and protect yourself from the elements. Choose 
 appropriate footwear for trail conditions. Use repellent to protect yourse
 lf from ticks\, which are active year-round. \n\n\n 	Limit 1 walk per day
 .\n 	Wear your CCNW ID badge.\n 	Carbide tips recommended\n 	No restroom f
 acilities available. Bring tissue in a plastic bag in the event of a bio b
 reak need.\n 	If your plans change\, kindly cancel your booking at least 2
 4 hours in advance of walk start time so other walkers may join.\n\nWalk m
 ay be canceled\, changed\, or rescheduled for weather or other reasons. Ca
 ncellation decision will be made at least 2 hours in advance. **Check your
