DESCRIPTION:Celebrate Earth Day on our Beautiful Bay! Sweeping views from P
 Town to the South Shore await on this minus tide walk on the Brewster flat
 s. If you wish\, bring a favorite nature quote or poem to share\, plus a m
 ug for a warm drink afterward.\nMeet at 9:45 am to sign in and stretch. We
 ’ll begin walking promptly at 10. Hosted by Sue Moynihan with Sweep TBD.
  Read to the bottom for directions to our meeting point.\nPrerequisite: In
 structional clinic\nDistance: 3 miles\nPace: Slow to moderate\, with sever
 al rest and view stops\nTerrain: 1 mile in the woods on hard pack trail wi
 th short hills\, and 2 miles on a combo of packed and loose sand at low ti
 de.\nFor Your Safety: Consider the weather forecast when booking a walk. W
 ATER MUST BE CARRIED ON ALL WALKS! In consideration of personal and group 
 safety\, if you arrive without water\, you will not be allowed to walk. Dr
 ess for the weather and protect yourself from the elements. Choose appropr
 iate footwear for trail conditions. Use repellent to protect yourself from
  ticks\, which are active year-round.\n\n\n 	Limit 1 walk per day.\n 	Wear
  your CCNW ID badge.\n 	Shoes will likely get a little wet along the tide 
 line.\n 	No restrooms or water. Bring tissue in a plastic bag in the event
  of a bio break need.\n 	If your plans change\, kindly cancel your booking
  at least 24 hours in advance of walk start time so other walkers may join
 .\n\nWalk may be canceled\, changed\, or rescheduled for weather or other 
 reasons. Cancellation decision will be made at least 2 hours in advance. *
