 rtunity to practice/refress you skills with an easy walk on flat pavement.
 \nMeet at 9:45 for sign-in and stretching to begin walking promptly at 10:

 ional Clinic\n\n-Pace: Slow to Moderate\n\n-Terrain: Asphalt Pavement. Rub
 ber tips required.\n\n-Distance: 2 miles.\n\nFor Your Safety: Consider the
  weather forecast when booking a walk. WATER MUST BE CARRIED ON ALL WALKS!
  In consideration of personal and group safety\, if you arrive without wat
 er\, you will not be allowed to walk. Dress for the weather and protect yo
 urself from the elements. Choose appropriate footwear for trail conditions
 . Use repellent to protect yourself from ticks\, which are active year-rou
 nd.\n\n—Limit 1 walk per day.\n\n—Wear your CCNW ID badge.\n\n—If yo
 ur plans change\, kindly cancel your booking at least 24 hours in advance 
 of walk start time so other walkers may join.\n\nWalk may be canceled\, ch
 anged\, or rescheduled for weather or other reasons. Cancellation decision
  will be made at least 2 hours in advance. Check your email (including spa
 m) before driving to the walk. If a walk is canceled\, registrants will re
 ceive a system-generated email and the walk will no longer be visible in t
