DESCRIPTION:\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMeet at 12:45am for sign-in and stretching to
  begin walking promptly at 1pm. Hosted by Norma Ganderson with Sweep TBD.\
 n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n—Prerequisite: Instructional Clinic\n\n
 —Distance: 1-2 miles.\n\n—Pace: Slow\n\n—Terrain: Boardwalks\, and h
 ard packed trails\n\nWe will wander around the new Parker River Landing Pa
 rk along the river and over the marsh. A perfect after lunch walk. A great
  walk for those getting back into walking.\n\nFor Your Safety: Consider th
 e weather forecast when booking a walk. WATER MUST BE CARRIED ON ALL WALKS
 ! In consideration of personal and group safety\, if you arrive without wa
 ter\, you will not be allowed to walk. Dress for the weather and protect y
 ourself from the elements. Choose appropriate footwear for trail condition
 s. Use repellent to protect yourself from ticks\, which are active year-ro
 und.\n\n—Limit 1 walk per day and 3 bookings per week (Sunday to Saturda
 y) to give others the chance to walk. If you are already holding 3 booking
 s for the week of this walk\, please do not sign up.\n\n—Wear your CCNW 
 ID badge.\n\n—Restrooms are  available.\n\n—If your plans change\, ki
 ndly cancel your booking at least 24 hours in advance of walk start time s
 o other walkers may join.\n\nWalk may be canceled\, changed\, or reschedul
 ed for weather or other reasons. Cancellation decision will be made at lea
 st 2 hours in advance. Check your email (including spam) before driving to
  the walk. If a walk is canceled\, registrants will receive a system-gener
 ated email and the walk will no longer be visible in the event listing or
