DESCRIPTION:Let's enjoy the evening and take in the beauty of the Brewster 
 Flats at sunset!\n\nMeet at 6:30PM for sign-in and stretching to begin wal
 king promptly at 6:45PM. Hosted by Leslie Kalinowski with Sweep Mike Kalin
 owski .\n\n—Prerequisite: Completed CCNW Instructional Clinic\, physical
  ability to do the pace\, length and varied terrain described.\n\n—Dista
 nce: 2.0 miles. No turn-back or shorter option.\n\n—Pace: Slow to modera
 te\n\n—Terrain: Sand\, some hard\, some soft (soft approx 1/4 mile). We 
 will walk over 2 lower dunes\, and a hard packed dirt path with some rocks
  exposed\n\nFor Your Safety: Consider the weather forecast when booking a 
 walk. WATER MUST BE CARRIED ON ALL WALKS! In consideration of personal and
  group safety\, if you arrive without water\, you will not be allowed to w
 alk. Dress for the weather and protect yourself from the elements. Choose 
 appropriate footwear for trail conditions. Poison Ivy is present on some o
 f this trail. Use repellent to protect yourself from ticks\, which are act
 ive year-round.\n\nWe will start from Linnell Landing\, walk the beach to 
 Crosby Landing then tuck behind the dunes and walk the path along Namskake
 t Marsh to Namskaket Creek. Namskaket Creek separates Brewster from Orlean
 s.\n\n—Limit 1 walk per day.\n\n—Wear your CCNW ID badge.\n\n— Rubbe
 r tips are suggested. Consider bug spray. Poison Ivy is present on this tr
 ail. Consider long pants you may brush up against vegetation in some spots
 .\n\n—Porta Potties are available at .5 and 1mile mark. No water availab
 le. Bring tissue in a plastic bag in case of a bio break need.\n\n—If yo
 ur plans change\, kindly cancel your booking at least 24 hours in advance 
 of walk start time so other walkers may join.\n\nWalk may be canceled\, ch
 anged\, or rescheduled for weather or other reasons. Cancellation decision
  will be made at least 2 hours in advance. Check your email (including spa
 m) before driving to the walk. If a walk is canceled\, registrants will re
 ceive a system-generated email and the walk will no longer be visible in t
 he event listing or on the calendar.\n\nDirections: From Route 6A in Brews
 ter take Linnell Landing road to the end at the beach parking lot.
