  on All Persons trail with wide paths.\n\nMeet at 9:45 am (15 minutes prio
 r to walk time] for sign-in and stretching to begin walking promptly at 10

 , not like pavement.  Slight incline at beginning / end.\n\nFor Your Safe
 ty: Consider the weather forecast when booking a walk. WATER MUST BE CARRI
 ED ON ALL WALKS! In consideration of personal and group safety\, if you ar
 rive without water\, you will not be allowed to walk. Dress for the weathe
 r and protect yourself from the elements. Choose appropriate footwear for 
 trail conditions. Use repellent to protect yourself from ticks\, which are
  active year-round. WEAR BLAZE ORANGE FOR VISIBILITY AND SAFETY DURING TUR
 KEY HUNTING SEASON WHICH BEGAN 4/27.\n\nFeeling uncertain about starting o
 r restarting your Nordic walking journey? You’re not alone! Many feel th
 at it might be too far or too difficult\, especially if stamina is a conce
 rn. But here’s the good news: these wide trails are designed with you in
  mind! With NO inclines and some shaded spots\, plenty of stops\, several 
 benches if needed. We will do a 0.5 mile loop incorporating the first two 
 of four bridges and great views of the ponds\, returning to close to the p
 arking lot. For those willing and able\, we will turn back the way we came
  for a 1.0 mile total walk.  No pressure to do the second loop. Great opp
 ortunity for anyone recovering from an injury or long lay-off from walking
  to get back in the swing.\n\nWe go at a very relaxed pace\, taking freque
 nt breaks to catch our breath and enjoy the scenery.  So\, what are you 
 waiting for? Step outside\, connect with nature\, and take the first step 
 towards better health with us. You’ve got this! \n\n—Limit 1 walk per
  day.\n\n—Wear your CCNW ID badge.\n\n—Rubber tips for crossing bridge
 s\, or carry poles across.\n\n—Restrooms and water are not available. Br
 ing tissue in a plastic bag in case of a bio break need.\n\n—If your pla
 ns change\, kindly cancel your booking at least 24 hours in advance of wal
 k start time so other walkers may join.\n\nWalk may be canceled\, changed\
 , or rescheduled for weather or other reasons. Cancellation decision will 
 be made at least 2 hours in advance. Check your email (including spam) bef
 ore driving to the walk. If a walk is canceled\, registrants will receive 
 a system-generated email and also the walk will no longer be visible in th
 e event listing or on the calendar.\n\nDirections: 204 Bank St. Harwich at
  the beautiful newly refurbished Fire House Museum. Free parking. Meet at 
 trail head in the rear lot.
