  on All Persons trail with wide paths.\n\nMeet at 10:15 am (15 minutes pri
 or to walk time] for sign-in and stretching to begin walking promptly at 1

 r option available - read below.\n\n—Pace: Slow\n\n—Terrain: All perso
 ns trail. Wide\, level\, smooth compacted sand or gavel. Comfortable under
  foot\, not like pavement.  Slight incline at beginning / end.\n\nFor You
 r Safety: Consider the weather forecast when booking a walk. WATER MUST BE
  CARRIED ON ALL WALKS! In consideration of personal and group safety\, if 
 you arrive without water\, you will not be allowed to walk. Dress for the 
 weather and protect yourself from the elements. Choose appropriate footwea
 r for trail conditions. Use repellent to protect yourself from ticks\, whi
 ch are active year-round.\n\nFeeling uncertain about starting or restartin
 g your Nordic walking journey? You’re not alone! Many feel that it might
  be too far or too difficult\, especially if stamina is a concern. But her
 e’s the good news: these wide trails are designed with you in mind! With
  NO inclines and some shaded spots\, plenty of stops\, several benches if 
 needed. We will do a 0.5 mile loop incorporating the first two of four bri
 dges and great views of the ponds\, returning to close to the parking lot.
  For those willing and able to continue\, we will turn back and go to the 
 third bridge and back for a 1.5 mile total walk.  Note this second option
 al leg is longer than we have been doing on these gentle walks up to now.
   However\, there is no pressure to do the second loop. Great opportunity
  for anyone recovering from an injury or long lay-off from walking to get 
 back in the swing.\n\nWe go at a very relaxed pace\, taking frequent break
 s to catch our breath and enjoy the scenery.  So\, what are you waiting 
 for? Step outside\, connect with nature\, and take the first step towards 
 better health with us. You’ve got this! \n\n—Limit 1 walk per day.\n\
 n—Wear your CCNW ID badge.\n\n—Rubber tips for crossing bridges\, or c
 arry poles across.\n\n—Restrooms and water are not available. Bring tiss
 ue in a plastic bag in case of a bio break need.\n\n—If your plans chang
 e\, kindly cancel your booking at least 24 hours in advance of walk start 
 time so other walkers may join.\n\nWalk may be canceled\, changed\, or res
 cheduled for weather or other reasons. Cancellation decision will be made 
 at least 2 hours in advance. Check your email (including spam) before driv
 ing to the walk. If a walk is canceled\, registrants will receive a system
 -generated email and also the walk will no longer be visible in the event 
 listing or on the calendar.\n\nDirections: 204 Bank St. Harwich at the bea
