DESCRIPTION:This gentle\, relaxed pace walk is perfect for new walkers\, th
 ose who prefer a slow pace or have been away for a while\, and walkers who
  like wide\, level paths without obstacles. We’ll start on the paved bik
 e path\, then follow a figure-8 path around former cranberry bogs. Come se
 e what’s new at this active wetland restoration site! \nMeet at 9:15 pm
  to sign-in and stretch. We’ll begin walking promptly at 9:30.  Hosted 
 by Sue Moynihan with Sweep TBD. Read to the bottom for directions to our m
 eeting point at parking lot on Headwaters Drive. \nPrerequisite: Instructi
 onal Clinic\nDistance:  .75-1.5 miles\, your choice\nPace:  Slow\, with 
 many stops and benches for resting\nTerrain: Hard pack trail and pavement.
  Rubber tips required!\nFor Your Safety: Consider the weather forecast whe
 n making your RSVP decision. WATER MUST BE CARRIED ON ALL WALKS! In consid
 eration of personal and group safety\, if you arrive without water\, you w
 ill not be allowed to walk. Dress for the weather and choose appropriate f
 ootwear for trail conditions. Use repellent to protect yourself from ticks
 \, which are active year round.\n\n\n 	Limit 1 walk per day.\n 	Wear your 
 CCNW ID badge.\n 	Rubber tips required.\n 	No restrooms or water. Bring ti
 ssue in a plastic bag in case of a bio break need.\n 	If your plans change
 \, kindly cancel your booking at least 24 hours in advance of walk start t
 ime so other walkers may join.\n\nWalk may be canceled\, changed\, or resc
 heduled for weather (steady rain/snow\, ice\, or windchill of 19 or lower)
  or other reasons. Cancellation decision will be made at least 2 hours in
