DESCRIPTION:\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMeet at 9:45am for sign-in and stretching to 
 begin walking promptly at 10am. Hosted by Norma Ganderson with Sweep TBD.\
 n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n—Prerequisite: Instructional Clinic\n\n
 —Distance: 2 miles. No turn-back or shorter option.\n\n—Pace: Moderate
 \n\n—Terrain: Boardwalks\, roots\, dirt road and hard packed trails. Rub
 ber tips are optional.\n\nThis walk will offer morning views of salt marsh
  and fresh water wetlands with a variety of plant and animal species along
  the way. We will move at a relaxing pace and enjoy what Nature has to off
 er.\n\nFor Your Safety: Consider the weather forecast when booking a walk.
  WATER MUST BE CARRIED ON ALL WALKS! In consideration of personal and grou
 p safety\, if you arrive without water\, you will not be allowed to walk. 
 Dress for the weather and protect yourself from the elements. Choose appro
 priate footwear for trail conditions. Use repellent to protect yourself fr
 om ticks\, which are active year-round.\n\n—Limit 1 walk per day\n\n—W
 ear your CCNW ID badge.\n\n—Restrooms are  seasonal\, bring tissue in a
  plastic bag in case of a bio break need.\n\n—If your plans change\, kin
 dly cancel your booking at least 24 hours in advance of walk start time so
  other walkers may join.\n\nWalk may be canceled\, changed\, or reschedule
 d for weather or other reasons. Cancellation decision will be made at leas
 t 2 hours in advance. Check your email (including spam) before driving to 
 the walk. If a walk is canceled\, registrants will receive a system-genera
 ted email and the walk will no longer be visible in the event listing or o
