DESCRIPTION:Join me for a peaceful walk at the brand new Parker's River Lan
 ding\, built on the site of the former drive-in theater\, featuring an ele
 vated boardwalk with salt marsh views\, a playground\, a kayak launch\, an
 d a large event space for festivals and concerts. The project\, over 10 ye
 ars in the making\, emphasizes coastal resilience with features like a flo
 od-barrier bathhouse and restored natural habitats. We'll even stroll by t
 he boardwalk plank labeled Cape Cod Nordic Walking!\n\nMeet at 9:15 AM to 
 sign in and stretch. We'll begin walking promptly at 9:30 AM. Hosted by Br
 enda Brown with Sweep Maureen Mcgaffigan.\n\n—Prerequisite: Instructiona
 l Clinic\n\n—Distance: Your choice\, do a 1 mile lap around the green an
 d boardwalk\, 2 miles\, or all 3.\n\n—Pace: leisurely\, to enjoy the bea
 uty of this location.\n\n—Terrain: flat\, paved\, compressed gravel\, an
 d boardwalk.\n\nFor Your Safety: Consider the weather forecast when bookin
 g a walk. WATER MUST BE CARRIED ON ALL WALKS! In consideration of personal
  and group safety\, if you arrive without water\, you will not be allowed 
 to walk. Dress for the weather and protect yourself from the elements. Cho
 ose appropriate footwear for trail conditions. Use repellent to protect yo
 urself from ticks\, which are active year-round.\n\n—Limit 1 walk per da
 y.\n\n—Wear your CCNW ID badge.\n\n—Rubber tips required.\n\n—Porta-
 potties are available.\n\n—If your plans change\, kindly cancel your boo
 king at least 24 hours in advance of walk start time so other walkers may 
 join.\n\nWalk may be canceled\, changed\, or rescheduled for weather or ot
 her reasons. Cancellation decision will be made at least 2 hours in advanc
