DESCRIPTION:Let's enjoy an evening walking at Fort Hill. We will start on t
 he boardwalk of the Red Maple Swamp\, then walk the wooded/sand path by th
 e fields\, an old sea Captains home\, a stunning overlook and much more! L
 ots of beauty and good ole Cape Cod history at Fort Hill!\n\nMeet at 6:15 
 PM for sign-in and stretching to begin walking promptly at 6:30 PM Hosted 
 by Leslie Kalinowski with Sweep Mike Kalinowski.\n\n—Prerequisite: Compl
 eted CCNW Instructional clinic. The ability to walk 1.8 miles on a varied 
 terrain\, see description below.\n\n—Distance: 1.8 miles No turn-back or
  shorter option.\n—Pace: Slower to Moderate\n—Terrain: Boardwalk\, woo
 ded/dirt trail\, several wooden steps\, a few small-moderate hills.\n\nFor
  Your Safety: Consider the weather forecast when making your RSVP decision
 . WATER MUST BE CARRIED ON ALL WALKS! In consideration of personal and gro
 up safety\, if you arrive without water\, you will not be allowed to walk.
  Suggest using bug spray/repellent to protect yourself from evening bugs a
 nd from ticks\, which are active year-round. Please be mindful/take precau
 tions: Poison Ivy has been seen on many trails.\n\n—Limit 1 walk per day
 —Wear your CCNW ID badge.\n—  Rubber tips and footwear for varied ter
 rain recommended.\n—Restrooms are available. Bring tissue in a plastic b
 ag in case of a bio break need.\n\n—If your plans change\, kindly cancel
  your booking at least 24 hours in advance of walk start time so other wal
 kers may join.\n\nWalk may be canceled\, changed\, or rescheduled for weat
 her or other reasons. Cancellation decision will be made at least 2 hours 
 in advance.  Check your email (including spam) AND this walk listing and 
 comments\, below\, before driving to the walk. ** If a walk is canceled\,
  registrants will receive a system-generated email\, and the walk will no 
 longer be visible in the event listing or on the calendar.\n\n This walk 
 is authorized under a National Park Service Special Use Permit \n\nDirect
 ions: Route 6 to Hemenway Road in Eastham. Continue on Hemenway road to He
 menway landing. \n\nPlease note: After hours parking is permitted in the 
 Hemenway landing parking lot and along the road on the north side. If need
 ed\, Please park entirely off the road.\n\n****We are meeting at Hemenway
