DESCRIPTION:Our 4 mile route at West Barnstable Conservation Area power lin
 es provides a workout with natural intervals of elevation (up and down hil
 ls) on wide paths along the power lines.\n\nMeet at 7:45am for sign-in and
  stretching to begin walking promptly at 8am.  Hosted by Sarah O’Reilly 
 with Sweep Marilyn Quinn\n\nPrerequisite: Instructional clinic and ability
  to walk for 3+ miles over hilly terrain at a moderate\, consistent pace\n
 \nDistance: 4 miles (2 miles down then back)\n\nPace: moderate (20-25 minu
 te miles)\n\nTerrain: pressed dirt with some loose rocks\, up and down hil
 ls\n\nFor Your Safety: Consider the weather forecast when booking a walk. 
 WATER MUST BE CARRIED ON ALL WALKS! In consideration of personal and group
  safety\, if you arrive without water\, you will not be\nallowed to walk. 
 Dress for the weather and protect yourself from the elements. Choose appro
 priate footwear for trail conditions. Use repellent to protect yourself fr
 om ticks\, which are active year-round.\n\n—Limit 1 walk per day\n\n—W
 ear your CCNW ID badge. \n\n— Rubber tips/feet or carbide tips. \n\n— 
 No water available. Bring tissue in a plastic bag for a bio break.\n\n—I
 f your plans change\, kindly cancel your booking at least 24 hours in adva
 nce of walk start time so other walkers may join.\n\nWalk may be canceled\
 , changed\, or rescheduled for weather or other reasons. Cancellation deci
 sion will be made at least 2 hours in advance. Check your email (including
  spam) before driving to the walk. If a walk is canceled\, registrants wil
 l receive a system-generated email\, and the walk will no longer be visibl
