 ow's your chance! Join us for a beginner-friendly Nordic walk to Lawrence 
 Island in Cataumet — a hidden gem you can reach by foot during low tide.
 \nMeet at 8:00am [15 minutes prior to walk time] for sign-in and stretchin
 g to begin walking promptly at 8:15am.\n\nHosted by: Carla Fogaren with sw
 eep TBD.\n\nPrerequisite: Instructional clinic and physical ability to do 
 the pace\, length and varied terrain described.\n\nDistance: 1 ½ mile to 
 2 miles No turn-back or shorter options available.\n\nPace: Slow\n\nTerrai
 n:  In total\, this sand-covered trail runs for about a mile with a few b
 oard bridges through the marsh.\n\nFor Your Safety: Consider the weather f
 orecast when booking a walk. WATER MUST BE CARRIED ON ALL WALKS! In consid
 eration of personal and group safety\, if you arrive without water\, you w
 ill not be allowed to walk. Dress for the weather and protect yourself fro
 m the elements. Choose appropriate footwear for trail conditions. Use repe
 llent to protect yourself from ticks\, which are active year-round.\n\nPer

 ild\, undeveloped shoreline\n—Limit 1 walk per day. I\n—Wear your CCNW
  ID badge\n\n— Rubber tips for boardwalks\n\n—Wear older shoes in case
  we encounter some muddy spots\n\n—No restroom or water available. Bring
  tissue in a plastic bag in case of a bio break need.\n\n—If your plans 
 change\, kindly cancel your booking at least 24 hours in advance of walk s
 tart time so other walkers may join.\n\n Walk may be canceled\, changed\,
  or rescheduled for weather or other reasons. Cancellation decision will b
 e made at least 2 hours in advance. Check your email (including spam) befo
 re driving to the walk. If a walk is canceled\, registrants will receive a
  system-generated email\, and the walk will no longer be visible in the ev

 Yarmouth\, MA:\n\n 	Take MA-28 W toward Falmouth.\n 	Continue on MA-28 W f
 or approximately 20 miles.\n 	Turn right onto MA-151 W/North Falmouth High
 way and continue for about 3.5 miles.\n 	Turn left onto County Road and pr
 oceed for 1.2 miles.\n 	Turn right onto Scraggy Neck Road.\n 	After about 
 0.5 miles\, turn left onto Grasslands Lane.\n 	Proceed to the end of Grass
 lands Lane. \n\n\n 	Parking:\n\n 	Limited on-street parking is available a
 long Grasslands Lane.\n 	Please respect private property and avoid blockin
